I'm decorating some cigar boxes for a friend to market at a quilt event. This mixed media piece is the first. I've added wood bits and embroidered appliques over the acrylic paints and had a bit of fun painting some of the flowers from my garden on it as well. I'm painting vines on a larger one now and haven't quite decided what I'll add to it yet ...

Recycled cigar boxes
I'm decorating some cigar boxes for a friend to market at a quilt event. This mixed media piece is the first.
