Enjoying the process

This painting is pure pleasure now as I enjoy adding more swirls of color to the background. The surface becomes a little landscape of its own as the texture builds. I find myself reaching for and blending more variations of blues as the red and yellow sink into the work swept away by waves of feelings I can't quite express right now.
