A few more projects

I'm continuing to "play" with the carnations on my mail and crocheting another hat to donate to charity but haven't got too many other projects going. I wasn't real happy with the way my lily painting turned out and I've been working on designs for my internet stores. I've deleted hundreds of products trying to come up with just the look that I want my products to have.

Carnations

I hadn't done any drawing in a log time so I thought I'd start out easy and do a bit in the mail. This one was on a large envelope that went out today.

This drawing was on another envelope. The red and blue versions are from my computer.

Progress on the painting, flower to frame

I don't remember how long this old iris drawing has been in this frame but I needed something to put the painting in and it will have to do for now.

I haven't decided what to do with the drawing yet. It's about 18 years old, maybe more.

This painting was just 3 years start to finish, I've got some that I've been working on for decades.

Art Collaboration...A Creative Play Day

Becca's Art takes a spin through Julia's Computer.

The Art of Becca Latter

Becca does amazing things with paper cutting but is a potter and clay artist that also draws and paints.

 Here are some recent drawings

...and a small picture made of paper cutting

Art Exhibit in the Garden. Putting the Birdhouse in place

Where else would this Birdhouse hang but on the arbor which is eventually becoming the major sculpture that anchors the Art Garden here. There's no more Hanging Space left on it so the new Blue and White  Birdhouse by Guest Artist Becca Latter will hang over with the bird feeders until we can make another place to hang it.

Here are some pictures of each side of the roof

Repainting a birdhouse

We only saw 2 birds in the yard today. A Hummingbird flitting around the grapevines and a Goldfinch at the thistle seed feeder but I realized that Summer is going by fast and I decided to repaint one of the empty birdhouses while I had a chance to.

I decided  not to paint over the Iris on the roof and decided to work around them.

No real plan or design with the painting, just having a little fun with color.
