I spent this morning doing a some research on black raspberries and roses. I'm planning on starting some new rows and borders and was interested in different ways to approach the project because there are so many variables depending on the site you choose.
It's funny when you think about it because you're just moving plants from one area to another, how complicated can it be?...or at least that's what I used to think before I looked it up.
I guess I've just been lucky all these years that most of my plants have survived whether I follow the rules or not.
I tend to transplant things whenever I've got the energy and feel like it instead of waiting for the "right" time of the year.
