Design considerations and amazing surprises
Sometimes you need to make changes as you move from the designs you've drawn to a painted surface.
The blue that I had didn't seem to be bright enough so I added twice as many daisies as I had originally planned to which seems to have evened out the color balance and had the overall effect of brightening it up.
I'd been struggling to come up with ideas to decorate these butterflies when by sister in law sent these cards to remind me just how many color and patterns there are for them...
