Yes, these are the sunflowers I planted next to that new cedar box. They got so big that you can barely see bits of the trellis through them.
You won't believe how many pictures I took trying to get this shot with the wings open!
Sun flowers as a subject will never let you down when committed to canvas...plus they have pretty damn good nutritional seeds.
