Well, here it is again. Each day I add a few more products to it and am amazed at how well this image works on any size and shape.

I did this oil painting over 20 years ago and it's brought a lot of pleasure to people in the last couple of decades.

Art can add a lot to your life in unexpected ways.

When I was a little girl all I wanted to be was a Dixie cup and Kleenex box. To brighten up life a bit and come in handy whenever needed. I never appeared on those products but I'm on thousands of other products that do the same thing.

Your dreams can come true in unexpected ways. Almost anyone can do this, it's always worth a try. You may be surprised at the results.

I got a late start on this but love the idea of a set of matching products for a valentines gift. Pick your container and the products that are perfect for your valentine. So far I don't know anyone that's doing this where everything matches and I'm really looking forward to finding out whether or not people like the idea. No matter your budget this gift will be incredibly special and unforgettable. I'd love to get one myself!

Hearts and Flowers

I wanted to design something a bit different for valentine's day this year and ended up falling back on some of my favorite designs instead. What's new about it is combining them in this way. I'll be outlining them next to add a bit more detail and then I'll be off to my stores to see what I can make out of them.

Three Dollar Florals

It's surprising what you can find in a dollar store. These arrangements are going to be dropped into some baskets we've already got. I had one round piece of floral foam and one large square one which I cut in half and trimmed to a size like the round one so I paid 1.00 for the round one and fifty cents each for the other two.

I bought six little bouquets: 1 rose, 2 carnations, 2 white tulips and one red one. I divided them among the three arrangements.

Here they are packed up and ready to deliver.

Valentine Card Design in Progress

Well as you can see, I've followed the steps from my last post and am in the process
of painting in various areas of my drawing as I  mix different shades of pink for most of the hearts and use solid red in between them. There's quite a bit more work to do on this but I thought you'd like to see how it's coming along so far. This scan shows the results of three hours of work.
